Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
What You Will Do
- Support commercial leadership with the purchasing process by assisting with purchase orders, product replenishment, vendor communication, and order tracking.
- Maintain accurate retail menus and e-commerce product listings, including product names, categories, pricing, discounts, descriptions, images, strain information, potency details, and availability.
- Assist with promotional setup and execution by coordinating approved discounts, menu updates, product tagging, promotional calendars, and communication to Retail teams.
- Receive and verify deliveries, ensuring products, quantities, documentation, invoices, manifests, and system entries are accurate and compliant with company and state requirements.
- Partner with Inventory and Retail teams to resolve discrepancies related to received goods, product availability, pricing, and menu visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, and product performance to support replenishment recommendations and identify potential out-of-stock or overstock risks.
- Prepare recurring data reports on sales, inventory, promotions, receiving activity, menu accuracy, and vendor performance.
- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, delivery paperwork, vendor programs, promotional approvals, pricing updates, and product performance metrics.
- Assist with vendor follow-up related to order confirmations, delivery timing, product substitutions, pricing questions, and missing documentation.
- Support Buying and Commercial Operations leadership with analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Accounting, Distribution, and vendor partners to support timely and accurate execution of buying initiatives.
- Help ensure all product, pricing, promotional, and receiving activity aligns with internal controls, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities related to menu maintenance, receiving workflows, promotional communication, and reporting accuracy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, purchasing, inventory, merchandising, receiving, data entry, or administrative support preferred.
- Cannabis, CPG, retail, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate product, pricing, promotional, receiving, and reporting information.
- Comfort working with inventory, point-of-sale, e-commerce, purchasing, and reporting systems; cannabis industry software experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments.
