Social Content Manager
About Caskata
Caskata creates distinctive dinnerware, glassware and home goods for people who care about design, love to entertain and believe the things they use every day should be anything but ordinary.
Our original patterns and thoughtfully made collections help set the stage for everything from Tuesday-night takeout to the dinners people talk about for years.
We’re looking for a Social Content Manager who can bring that point of view to life—and make people want to pull up a chair.
The Role
You’ll own the day-to-day creation and management of Caskata’s organic social content, with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can spot a strong idea, turn it into compelling content and understand why it worked. You should have a sharp visual eye, a natural feel for storytelling and a genuine interest in food, design, entertaining and the way people live at home.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team where good ideas are heard, decisions happen quickly and there is significant room to shape both the role and the future of the brand.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage Caskata’s organic social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, with selective support for Pinterest and YouTube.
- Create social-first content from beginning to end: concepting, scripting, styling, shooting and editing.
- Turn product launches, seasonal stories, recipes, entertaining ideas and behind-the-scenes moments into content people want to watch, save and share.
- Maintain a recognizable visual style and brand voice across every platform.
- Engage thoughtfully with our community through comments, messages and conversations.
- Identify relevant trends, creators and cultural moments—and know which ones feel right for Caskata.
- Help develop creator collaborations, giveaways and user-generated content opportunities.
- Organize social assets and manage the content production schedule.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce, email, creative and performance-marketing teams so our storytelling feels connected across channels.
- Review performance regularly and use the results to improve content, engagement, audience growth and traffic.
What You Bring
- Three or more years of experience creating social content for a consumer, lifestyle, fashion, food, beauty or home brand.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong short-form video, photography, editing and visual storytelling.
- A deep working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including current formats, platform behavior and best practices.
- Proficiency with CapCut, Canva and Adobe Photoshop or comparable tools.
- The ability to shoot polished content with a phone as well as contribute to larger photo and video productions.
- Strong writing skills and an instinct for language that feels warm, intelligent and human.
- A balance of creativity and organization—you can generate ideas and still meet a deadline.
- Curiosity, good judgment and the confidence to contribute your point of view.
Experience with e-commerce, paid-social creative, influencer programs or food and tabletop styling is a plus.
Why Caskata
You won’t disappear into a large marketing department. You’ll have a real seat at the table, direct access to the people shaping the brand and the opportunity to see your ideas move from conversation to execution. As Caskata grows into new products and categories, this role has substantial room to grow with it.
Caskata is an equal opportunity employer.
The salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000, based on experience. We also offer eligibility for performance-based bonus and profit-sharing programs, a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off, and medical, dental and vision insurance.
