Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Initiatives is a full-time, on-site role based in Weymouth MA. This leader oversees the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic programs that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and quality improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, aligning projects with corporate strategy, and collaborating with executive leadership on long-term planning and investment decisions. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing financial and operational data, and making data-driven recommendations. The Vice President also leads stakeholder communications, builds partnerships, and ensures that strategic initiatives support Brewster Ambulance Service’s mission and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven Executive Management experience, leading senior-level teams and influencing organizational direction.
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business cases for strategic projects.
- Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with a track record of developing and implementing long-range organizational strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in Program Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of complex, multi-site initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced healthcare environment and collaborate across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, emergency medical services, or related industries is highly beneficial.
