Social Media Coordinator
Starting Salary: $60,000 per year
We're hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support content creation across multiple brands under Blackstone Global.
This is an in-person role based in Westford, MA, where content will often be created on-site—including product photography, short-form video, and real-time brand content.
You'll work directly under our Marketing Manager and focus on execution, not strategy, helping bring content ideas to life across Ko-ken USA, OSAAP, Palmac Tools, and Assembly Products. In addition to social media, you'll contribute to SEO initiatives by creating website content, knowledge base articles, and other digital content that helps grow each brand's online presence.
What You'll Do
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Capture on-site content including product photography, videos, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Assist in producing graphics, captions, and short-form content
- Edit photos and videos for social media, product pages, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistent posting schedules across multiple brands
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and content plans
- Organize content calendars and manage digital assets
- Assist with basic e-commerce content needs, including product imagery, uploads, and visual updates across platforms such as Shopify
- Support maintaining a consistent visual identity across social media and online storefronts
- Research, write, and publish SEO-focused articles, knowledge base content, product descriptions, and other website copy to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic across all company brands
- Help optimize existing website content using SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata, and content structure
What You Won't Be Responsible For
- Owning the overall social media strategy
- Leading high-level brand direction
- Managing paid advertising campaigns or advanced analytics independently
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, SEO-friendly content
- Strong eye for visual storytelling through photography and video
- Comfortable capturing and editing content using a phone and/or camera
- Experience with editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects across multiple brands simultaneously
- Must be able to work on-site in Westford, MA

- Starting salary of $60,000 per year
