Spavia Natick is seeking a positive, and friendly, full or part-time licensed massage therapist, at any level of experience, to join our team!
We are a busy independently owned luxury day spa that has been operating for 8 years in Natick, MA. We provide an environment of respect, compassion, and work/life balance where both our guests and team can relax, recenter and renew!
Spavia specialists earn $60-$76 for a 60-min massage, base and tips, based on experience, benefits and bonuses additional. Please note, a weekly weekend shift is required.
Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our massage therapists to offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatments. Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, salt stone, sports, and maternity massages. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, body wraps, and much more!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stones, sports, and more
- Keep your space clean, stocked and ready
- Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
- Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
Massage Therapist Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Massage Therapy License
- One weekend shift a week is required
- Reliable, punctual, professional and team-oriented
- A calm, caring energy and a passion for helping others

Pay: $60.00 - $76.00 per hour
