We are currently on the lookout for an Associate Manager specializing in Benefits to support our leaves, accommodations and benefits programs.This is an essential role in ensuring our employees receive the support they need to navigate the leaves and accommodations space. Additionally, it supports ensuring our benefits programs are not only competitive and equitable but also aligned with our overarching organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in leaves and accommodations, benefits of administration, and compliance regulations, complemented by strong analytical and communication skills.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with PPC peers and engage with employees at all levels throughout the organization. By focusing on both LOA and benefits administration, you will play a meaningful role in enhancing the overall experience for nearly 5,000 LEGO Group colleagues across the United States, Canada, and Brazil. Your contributions will help foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.

- The role is based on our Boston HUB located at 1001 Boylston Street. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer employee leaves program, including FMLA and statutory leaves, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Work directly with employees, third-party vendors, and internal teams to facilitate workplace accommodation, fostering a supportive environment.
- Support the administration of health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and communication.
- Collaborate with external partners like Aetna, WTW, Fidelity, and Delta Dental to ensure effective service delivery and communication.
- Identify opportunities to streamline benefits processes and bring forward innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the annual Benefits Open Enrollment process, both facilitating the process in Workday and contributing to communication efforts to enhance employee engagement and understanding.
- Assist in compliance activities related to benefits, ensuring adherence to relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to leaves, accommodations and benefits, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

What you bring
- Experience in benefits administration, with a focus on employee leave and accommodations.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel for managing benefits of data and identifying process improvements.
- Knowledge of US laws governing employee benefits and accommodations, with familiarity in Canadian and/or Brazilian benefits as a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex leave and accommodation cases with empathy and professionalism.
- Proven organizational skills to prioritize and deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in benefits administration.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $96,326.00 - $144,488.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
