Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Energy Management Advisor located in East Longmeadow, MA. The Energy Management Advisor will consult with commercial clients to assess their energy consumption and recommend effective energy-saving solutions. Responsibilities include conducting energy assessments, analyzing energy usage, developing customized strategies for efficiency improvement, and providing training to clients on implemented systems. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with internal teams to manage projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze energy consumption data and propose effective solutions
- Consulting and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey energy management strategies
- Experience in Finance to understand cost analysis and manage budgeting for energy-saving projects
- Training skills to educate clients on optimizing energy usage and maintaining solutions
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices for commercial applications preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams Excel PowerPoint and Word
- US valid Driver’s license
- Nice to have but not a must: CEM & CEA Certifications
Job Type:
- Full -time Monday through Friday
- Pay: $60,000-$104,000 Base salary per year plus commissions
