Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chrysler Level 3 Technician to join our talented service team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with extensive automotive repair expertise, especially in Chrysler vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle complex repairs efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
Duties
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler vehicles, including powertrain, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Conduct engine repairs, including diesel engine troubleshooting and maintenance
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues
- Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments, welding, and auto body repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively during repairs
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs and timelines
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with Chrysler or similar brands preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools
- Experience working with ADAS technology and vehicle alignment procedures
- Skilled in diesel engine repair, powertrain diagnostics, and general automotive repair
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Familiarity with auto body repair techniques and maintenance procedures
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately
