Join a team where your skills make a difference. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to service and maintain commercial and residential heating, cooling, and hydronic systems. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and residential HVAC systems.
- Service and maintain:
- Air conditioning systems
- Heat pumps
- Gas and oil furnaces
- Boilers and hydronic heating systems
- Water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Ventilation and air distribution systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control-related issues.
- Inspect equipment and identify opportunities for improved performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Complete equipment startups, testing, and operational verification.
- Maintain accurate service records and maintenance reports.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and team members.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, industry standards, and applicable codes.
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- HVAC service and maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with both commercial and residential systems.
- Knowledge of:
- Heat pumps
- Air conditioning systems
- Gas and oil heating equipment
- Boilers and hydronic systems
- Water heaters
- HVAC controls and thermostats
- EPA Certification preferred (limited refrigeration work required).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
