About the Opportunity
Epitel is a groundbreaking digital health company revolutionizing brain health through innovative patch EEG technology. We’re transforming the neurology space with the first truly patient-friendly EEG monitoring solution for both hospital and outpatient settings—and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Business Manager who is hungry to build a career in medical device sales. This is a rare opportunity to get in early at a high-growth startup, own a territory, and make a real difference in patients’ lives. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to hustle, we want to hear from you—whether you’re early in your career or a more seasoned rep looking for your next big challenge.
What You’ll Do
You’ll drive revenue growth by introducing our one-of-a-kind EEG solution to outpatient healthcare providers—physician practices, outpatient clinics—as well as hospitals, including Emergency Departments, Epilepsy Monitoring Units, and ICUs. You’ll own the full sales cycle in your territory and grow with us.
• Prospect & Build Pipeline: Identify and pursue new clients across your assigned territory; build genuine relationships by understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions.
• Own the Sales Cycle: Manage every stage from outreach and demos to negotiation and close, delivering a consultative experience that earns long-term trust.
• Develop Your Territory Strategy: Create and execute a smart sales plan targeting healthcare providers in alignment with company growth goals.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to bring the best possible solution to every customer.
• Hit Your Numbers: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets—we celebrate wins here.
• Stay Organized: Keep CRM records current and accurate to support pipeline visibility and strategic planning.
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to a range of backgrounds. The right person is someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to grow—not necessarily someone with a decade of experience. Here’s what matters most:
• Hunger & Drive: You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You want to build something and earn your success.
• Sales Instincts: You know how to connect with people, uncover needs, and move opportunities forward. Any sales experience—even outside healthcare—is a plus.
• Healthcare Curiosity: You’re interested in healthcare and motivated to learn the industry quickly. Some exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices is helpful but not required.
• Strong Communicator: You can hold your own in a room with physicians, hospital administrators, and decision-makers.
• Adaptable & Resourceful: Startup life isn’t always linear. You thrive when there’s room to figure things out and build from scratch.
• Tech Comfortable: You’re comfortable with CRM tools and sales productivity software.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred).
• 1–3+ years of sales experience—healthcare preferred, but we’re open to strong candidates from other industries who are passionate about breaking into med device.
• Ability to travel 20–50% within your territory, especially early on as you build your book of business.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Valid Driver’s License.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• Experience selling into hospitals, physician practices, or outpatient clinics.
• Familiarity with neurology, diagnostics, or medical devices.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-growth environment.
Why Epitel?

• Full benefits package.
• Real career development and mentorship from experienced healthcare leaders.
