Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician ($28–$35/hour)

Real Property Management Shire Team is a growing, professional property management company seeking a highly skilled and dependable maintenance technician to join our team. We are looking for a true “jack of all trades”—someone who can confidently handle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in general maintenance and residential repairs
· Strong working knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
· HVAC experience is a strong plus
· A clean, safe driving record (required for company vehicle use)
· Comfortable using a professional maintenance ticketing system via mobile app
· Ability to schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments with tenants
· Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours evenings and weekends (emergency maintenance support)
· Someone who is punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
· A problem-solver mindset—focused on solutions, not obstacles
· Friendly, respectful, and patient when interacting with tenants and team members
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
· Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
Responsibilities Include:
· Handling routine maintenance requests across multiple properties throughout Berkshire County
· Troubleshooting and completing repairs in a timely manner
· Performing light plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks
· Managing work orders through a mobile ticketing system
· Scheduling and communicating directly with tenants regarding service appointments
· Responding to after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance needs as part of an on-call rotation
· Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
· Communicating clearly with management regarding completed work and any issues
