Job Description:
Provident Healthcare Partners is looking to hire junior team members interested in a long-term investment banking career. We are seeking experienced analysts to join our sell-side M&A Advisory team in our Boston or New York office. The selected individuals will join a dedicated group of seasoned investment bankers responsible for evaluating and analyzing the healthcare services market and executing M&A deal processes. Candidates would ideally start immediately or in the near term to contribute live deal work.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will be exposed to all stages of transaction processes from pre-engagement work to closing. Primary responsibilities will include:
· Prepare detailed materials for clients and prospective clients including pitch presentations, marketing materials, and financial analyses
· Perform detailed qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, including industry research and financial modeling
· Support marketing and due diligence processes including managing investor and third-party advisor data requests, performing ad hoc analyses, and preparing presentations for clients
· Interact with industry experts and build relationships with top-tier executives and investors within the healthcare industry, with the opportunity to participate in sector coverage efforts
· Attend and contribute to client meetings and industry events with the support of senior bankers
Qualifications:
Provident is looking for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of investment banking experience, including direct involvement in active sell-side M&A transactions and experience working with services-based businesses, preferably healthcare services. Key qualifications include:
· Bachelor’s degree from a respected institution with strong academic performance
· 6 months to 3 years work experience in an investment banking role
· Direct experience working on sell-side M&A mandates, preferably in healthcare services
· Excellent industry analysis, financial analysis, and modeling skills
· Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
· Confident in ability to speak with senior executives and investors
· SIE, Series 79 and 63 required within 6 months of hire

Compensation:
Provident Healthcare Partners compensates employees based on both individual performance and the overall success of the firm. Provident offers its full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package composed of salary and incentive compensation that gives the employee the greatest flexibility and convenience. The anticipated range for this role is $125,000 - $200,000
