Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing practice. This role focuses on evaluating and treating adult patients with voice and dysphagia (swallowing) disorders. New graduates are encouraged to apply—we provide mentorship and training to support your growth in this specialty area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for voice and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy using evidence-based techniques
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for or holding state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) welcome
- Strong interest in adult voice and dysphagia care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
