As a qualifying FQHC in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA), our site is eligible for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program. Physicians who qualify can receive up to $100,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over two years. For most physicians, this adds $25,000–$70,000 in real annual take-home value — something no private practice or hospital system can match.
**Competitive Compensation**
- Base salary: $240,000–$260,000 depending on experience
- Sign-on bonus available - $20,000

About the Role
Outpatient only · Monday–Friday · No call · No hospital privileges · No L&D
Primary Care & Preventive Health
- Annual well-woman exams including comprehensive physical assessments
- Age-appropriate preventive screenings (mammography, bone density, colorectal, cardiovascular)
- Chronic disease management with a women's health lens — thyroid disorders, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, cardiovascular disease
- Adolescent and young adult gynecologic and primary care
Reproductive & Sexual Health
- Contraception counseling and management including IUD and implant insertion
- Prenatal confirmation and first-trimester support with warm referral to OB
- STI testing, treatment, and counseling
- Abnormal Pap follow-up and colposcopy referrals to GYN
Menopause & Hormonal Health
- Perimenopause and menopause management
- Hormone therapy evaluation, prescribing, and monitoring
- Bone health and osteoporosis management
Behavioral & Whole-Person Care
- Screening and management of depression, anxiety, and trauma-informed care
- Coordination with embedded behavioral health and social work team
- Domestic violence screening and warm handoff protocols

- No obstetric deliveries
- No labor & delivery coverage
- No hospital privileges required
- No on-call, no weekends

Qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in **Internal Medicine or Family Medicine**
- Current Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA license or eligibility
Pay: $240,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
