Position Summary
The Logistics Analyst, while reporting to the Logistics Manager, is responsible for timely and accurate purchase order processing and related communication with both internal and external parties. While PO processing is a core function of this position, participation in projects and collaboration with the Inventory Planner are regular aspects of the day-to-day workload. Logistics Analysts are often on the front line of customer communication and must establish rapport with various stakeholders for cooperative efforts. Serving as a member of the Supply Chain team, this role also includes participation in other duties as assigned, including ad hoc reporting, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining procedural SOP documents. Regular interaction within the department members and supervisor helps align on each day’s priorities and assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar field preferred, extensive work experience considered
2 or more years’ experience working with 3rd party warehousing and Logistics Providers
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Suite applications
NetSuite experience a plus
Meticulous attention to detail and consistent work product accuracy
Clear communication skills applied both internally and externally with strong customer focus
Follows processes to ensure all work is compatible with audit trail requirements
Ability to pivot and adapt to changing conditions and directives
Outgoing, Self-Motivated, Cooperative personality
Duties & Responsibilities
Processing purchase orders from receipt acknowledgement to delivery
Coordinating fulfillment instructions with 3rd party warehouse partners
Assist with management of inventory upon arrival at 3PL
Documenting shortcomings/ breakdowns from expectation vs actual 3PL performance
Participate in 3PL service meetings while collaborating with the Finance team for any financial-related 3PL meeting topics
Reconcile factory POs and process container receipts as assigned
Create packing lists and load orders by priority www.weruva.com Weruva International Inc.
Order process troubleshooting and shortages communications and any resulting revisions
Order communication with Weruva sales personnel as appropriate to keep them aware of status updates
Generate reports as requested

Physical Demands
The duties are of a professional workstation nature, typically sedentary with the normal occasions to lift approximately 20 pounds such as banker’s boxes or other files.
Working Conditions
This role is primarily based in a business office setting, which often includes companion animals in the workplace. Partial remote work from home scheduling is permitted.
Performance Standards
All positions at Weruva begin with a 90-day probationary period and include 30, 60, and 90-day review sessions with their supervisor. While feedback and direction will be provided as needed on an ongoing basis, an annual performance appraisal provides opportunity to measure progress and address opportunities.
