Boston Rehabilitation Center/Shore Point Recovery is a premier behavioral health facility dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, individualized care. Our facility is located in Wareham, MA; a 35-bed detox and residential treatment center, providing 24/7 support for individuals recovering from substance use disorders.
Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and LPN's to provide high-quality medical care to clients. Nurses play a critical role in the recovery process by monitoring clients’ health, administering medications, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
We have the following openings available:
- OVERNIGHT PER DIEM (8PM-8AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients in detox and residential levels of care.
- Administer medications, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment), as prescribed.
- Monitor clients for withdrawal symptoms and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide education and support to clients regarding their treatment and recovery process.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols within the facility.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional approach when interacting with clients in crisis.
Qualifications
- RN license/LPN license in the state of Massachusetts (active and in good standing).
- Experience in detox, substance abuse treatment, or behavioral health preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills.
- Knowledge of detox protocols, withdrawal management, and MAT preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
