As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, this role provides behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and staff support to ensure students receive high-quality, evidence-based services. This position plays a critical part in creating safe, supportive learning environments and improving student outcomes through functional behavior support.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of School Year
- Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday 8:10am-3:10pm
- Grade Levels: PreK–6th
- Location: In Person
- School Year: 2025/2026
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decisions and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support effective behavior strategies.
- Provide staff training and ongoing coaching in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related expertise to support student plans.
- Model interventions and support classroom implementation to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience conducting FBAs and writing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence?based behavior strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide staff training.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.Excellent communication, organization, and data-analysis skills.
