We Are Looking for a Builder
The Rasner Group is seeking a Director of Operations to serve as the operational leader of our real estate team.
This role is for someone who thrives on building systems, leading people, and scaling organizations.
You will work directly with the CEO to design and implement the operational infrastructure required to support the next stage of our growth.
This is not an administrative role.
This is a leadership role responsible for building the operational engine of the business.

Your Mission
Your mission is to build and lead the operational infrastructure that supports the growth of the business.
You will design systems, lead the operations team, track performance metrics, and ensure the business runs with clarity, structure, and accountability.
You will function as the integrator of the organization, turning strategy into execution.
What You Will Own Operations & Systems
- Design and implement scalable operational systems
- Optimize workflows for listings, buyers, and transaction management
- Ensure operational consistency and efficiency across the team
Leadership
- Recruit, hire, and develop operations staff
- Lead team meetings and accountability systems
- Support agent productivity and operational efficiency
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgeting, payroll, and commission tracking
- Monitor financial performance and operational costs
- Work with leadership on forecasting and planning
Performance Management
- Track KPIs and team performance metrics
- Implement accountability structures
- Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them
Strategic Execution
- Translate company vision into executable systems
- Support recruiting and onboarding of agents
- Help scale the organization through operational excellence

What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years of operations leadership experience
- Experience building business systems and processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Financial literacy and budgeting experience
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- Experience in real estate or a similar service-based business preferred
Compensation
Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000
Performance Bonus: $20,000 – $40,000 potential
Profit Share Opportunity
Total Target Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000+
