Full Job Description
We are seeking a Packer to support packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products while following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Package products according to CGMP guidelines and SOP procedures
Inspect products for defects, damage, and quality compliance
Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment and distribution
Maintain accurate packaging and batch documentation
Perform line clearance and ensure proper setup of packaging materials
Ensure correct use of cartons, labels, and packaging components
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Report any quality issues, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions
Assist with material handling and palletizing finished goods
Qualifications
Previous packing or manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge of CGMP and SOPs is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
