Full-Time Service BDC Representative. If you're someone who believes in providing customers with exceptional client care—we look forward to speaking with you!
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off
Compensation Plan: Base hourly rate of $20 plus biweekly commission/bonus
Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $48,000.00-$52,000.00
In This Role, You Will
- Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone
- Schedule service appointments
- Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers
- Schedule deliveries
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance
- Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts
- Other duties assigned by management team

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
