Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Janitor/Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including commercial and residential spaces. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting, contributing directly to the overall health and safety of our facilities. Must have at least 2 years building janirorial experiance, this role provides a rewarding environment where your efforts make a visible difference every day.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and floor care equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Conduct routine custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
- Clean elevators, glass, entryways, and high-tough surfaces
- Use commercial cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- MUST be available for snow removal. Snow removal is mandatory and essential.
Skills
- Must have at least 2 years of building maintenance experience
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of custodial procedures.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
- Experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety instructions precisely.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
