Position Summary:
The Consignment Support Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of Straumann’s cabinet consignment program for all customers. This position works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies needed to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to RFID or Zimbis cabinet malfunctions.
- Support the sales force with scheduling and conducting inventory counts within their regions.
- Handle all order-based transactions for all consignments, including billing usage and replenishments.
- Manage consignment inventory stock levels, turns, counts, and reconciliation.
- Work with a continuous improvement mindset to help make suggestions for streamlining cabinet and consignment processes.
- Support one of our top customers, ClearChoice and all their customer locations with all cabinet and portal needs.
- Answer phone calls and email tickets within our service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

Consignment Support Specialist
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High proficiency in SAP
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Customer Service skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team Player
Salary: $25.00- $27.00/hour. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
