Frantic Framers is seeking the right person to join its team of
amazing professionals who have over 75 years of framing experience.
Join our team and learn the art of picture framing from two master
picture framers. While prior picture framing experience is preferred
it is not required. We will gladly train the right person.
Primary responsibilities include:
Insuring customer satisfaction by delivering top quality products and
customer service
Sales performance and meeting operational objectives
Perform all aspects of custom picture framing process from design to delivery
Produce a quality finished framed product consistent with company standards
Resolving customer issues consistent with company's philosophy
Some supervisory duties including opening and closing of store as needed
Manage the flow of custom picture framing orders to insure on time delivery
Maintain open, honest and respectful communication with supervisor and
other employees
May be required to work in more than one location
Overtime may be required during busy times
Ability to work Saturdays is a must
Secondary responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Maintaining inventory levels
Ordering of supplies and materials
Daily reporting of sales and deposits
Identifying new areas for business growth
May be asked to deliver product or merchandise from one location to
the other or run other errands as needed (you will receive gas money)
May be asked to cover a second location in Brookline for vacation
coverage (you will receive gas and parking money)
Store Cleanliness both inside and out
Merchandising of product, window display, creating new framing examples
Occasional heavy lifting (30lbs or more) required
painting and moving furniture
assist with gallery setup and breakdown,
Use instagram or facebook (other relevant social media) to post about
Frantic Framers.
Other in store projects as identified and needed.
