Opportunity
Naveris is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our Business Operations team. This role will serve as the central point of contact for the administrative and logistical aspects of the NavDx ordering process and supporting the Clinical Operations department. Unlike field-based roles, this position focuses on the internal coordination and day-to-day administrative management of our provider accounts, ensuring data integrity is maintained and that clinical teams have the resources they need for seamless patient surveillance.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, the Clinical Operations Coordinator will focus on the following administrative and internal pillars:
- Maintain and update provider notification settings and Provider Portal access to ensure timely delivery of surveillance results
- Execute diligent data entry and verification within Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure accuracy of patient and provider records
- Serve as the “hub” connecting field-based Product Development Managers, Patient Navigation Specialists and Clinical Operations team to ensure a cohesive experience for providers
- Record and track Clinical Operations activity for internal reporting and ROI purposes
- Triage or escalate received cases based on category and geography
- Execute special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by Clinical Operations leadership to drive efficiency
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with contacts at ordering accounts to ensure a seamless and efficient NavDx test ordering, reporting, and patient management
- Drive provider portal adoption and customer satisfaction by responding promptly to incoming inquiries, addressing technical questions and facilitating efficient order processing
Requirements
Outstanding candidates for the Clinical Operations Coordinator role will meet the minimum following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and commensurate professional experience
- 2-5 years of full-time experience in an administrative or coordinator capacity within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in commercial-stage, high-growth life sciences or diagnostics companies OR working in a physician office, clinic or hospital providing administrative support for healthcare providers
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams
- A highly organized self-started with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to the highest ethical standards

All roles at Naveris require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of HIPAA and acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards at Naveris.
