Job Responsibilities

Track cash receipts and disbursements
Process vendor payments
Reconcile bank accounts
Maintain a balanced ledger
Produce month-end reports

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. This position requires strong analytical skills.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency with Online QuickBooks
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection activities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict monthly close reporting requirements
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent internal and external communication and customer service skills
Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner

Compensation

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (negotiable based on skills and experience).

Expected hours: 20 to 25 hours per month
