Requirements / Qualifications
8+ years of experience in:
- Application programming, database, and system design
- Planning, change management, and issue resolution
- Creating and managing budgets, timelines, and milestones
- POA&M, PLM, and PMBOK methodologies
- Waterfall methodology (Agile/Scrum experience a strong plus)
- Cloud implementations (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
- ServiceNow implementations
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, risk, and change across multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred
