We are looking for two experienced Administrative Assistants to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting administrative processes and ensuring smooth operations within an educational environment. Responsibilities:
• Create and manage job postings while ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
• Monitor and track incoming applications, maintaining accurate records.
• Process appointment paperwork according to union contracts and funding policies.
• Handle inbound calls and provide attentive and thorough assistance to inquiries.
• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
• Maintain organized records and data entry tasks with precision.
• Collaborate with team members to support administrative projects and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative assistance or related roles.
• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing receptionist duties.
• Strong organizational skills with expertise in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to manage job postings and track applications effectively.
• Familiarity with union contracts and institutional policies is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
