Opportunity and Summary of Position
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will serve as a key hiring partner for Outlook Therapeutics across the United States and global markets. You will own full cycle recruiting across critical functions and help build scalable hiring practices. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy and business leaders. You will work in a small company environment where priorities move quickly and partnership matters.
This is a hands-on role for someone who operates with autonomy, wears multiple hats, and takes initiative without needing day to day direction. We are a lean team. You will own the day to day US and global recruiting needs and projects. You will help build the foundation as the company scales. You will approach ambiguity with a builder mindset and view challenges as opportunities.
Reporting Relationships
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will report to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy.
Position Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders to support hiring strategy and day to day recruiting needs.
• Own full cycle recruiting across US and global roles.
• Drive sourcing and pipeline development.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, interview process, and candidate selection.
• Support onboarding in partnership with HR and business leaders.
• Help implement and improve recruiting processes and tools.
• Track hiring activity and provide basic reporting and insights.
• Support workforce planning and growth initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within biotech, pharma, or life sciences preferred.
• Experience in small or growing organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, lean environment.
• Builder mindset with comfort creating structure where little exists.

Remote within the United States.
Preferred time zone: Eastern.
