Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and heart-centered holistic practitioners to join our team. Ideal candidates may specialize in modalities such as:
- Energy Healing (Polarity Therapy, Advanced Energy Work)
- Crystal Healing & Vibrational Therapies
- Sound Healing (singing bowls, tuning forks, voice, frequency healing)
- Light/Frequency-Based Healing Modalities
This is an opportunity to share your gifts within a supportive spa environment while collaborating with a team that honors both professionalism and the sacred art of healing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or group sessions rooted in your healing modality
- Collaborate with spa leadership to design holistic offerings, workshops, or packages
- Maintain a welcoming and professional presence that reflects our spa values
- Educate clients on the benefits of your healing practice
- Contribute to a nurturing environment that supports transformation and renewal
Qualifications:
- Certification/training in one or more holistic healing modalities ( Polarity Therapy, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Light Frequency Healing, etc.)
- Experience working with clients in a professional or community setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to hold safe, sacred space
- A passion for holistic wellness, clean living, and alternative therapies
- Massachusetts licensure (if applicable to your modality)
