- Adult DSPs: Assist adults with daily living, skill-building, and community engagement to help them live with dignity and joy.

What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional:
- Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Plan and lead structured activities and recreational outings
- Implement support and behavior plans tailored to each individual
- Provide positive role modeling, guidance, and informal counseling
- Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all residents
Locations: Across Cape Cod including Brewster, Dennis, Yarmouth, South Yarmouth, Sandwich, Wareham
Compensation: $18.82-$20.31

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR/First Aid & CPI preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver’s license preferred for some roles
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
