Position Summary
The Part-Time Clinical Manager provides flexible leadership and oversight for our nursing staff, particularly in the area of behavioral health medication management for Medicaid patients. This role is ideal for RN's who want to contribute to leadership while working reduced hours. The Part-Time Clinical Manager will also support the Full-Time Clinical Manager as needed, helping to ensure smooth operations, coverage, and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and support to nursing staff in both medical and behavioral health settings
- Assist with orientation, mentoring, and on-boarding of new staff
- Participate in on-call leadership rotation (shared responsibility)
- Perform patient visits as needed, including Start of Care (SOC), recertifications, and supervisory visits
- Review care plans, OASIS, and documentation for compliance
- Support quality improvement and survey readiness initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and case managers
- Work alongside and assist the Full-Time Clinical Manager to ensure consistent leadership and continuity of care
Qualifications
- RN license (required); BSN preferred
- Home health and/or behavioral health experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid and OASIS documentation a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Schedule & Pay
- Part-Time, flexible scheduling
- Hours may vary based on agency needs and candidate preference
- Competitive pay (commensurate with experience) + mileage reimbursement

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
