BOSA Coastal Italian is seeking a Server.
BOSA Coastal Italian is a restaurant concept inspired by the coastal fishing town of the same namesake, on the island of Sardinia in Italy. This first floor waterfront restaurant features creative cuisine with the freshest local ingredients, focusing on seafood, but paying homage to owner/restaurateur Sal Lupoli by featuring his signature pizza. Classic and modern cocktails draw inspiration from Italy, along with a substantial wine and craft beer menu.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages.
- Take food orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Provide personalized service for every Guest.
- Must know all food, liquor, beer, and wine offered.
- Complete the daily and weekly cleaning duties. Assist in keeping the restaurant spotlessly clean safe, and sanitary.
- Must follow all credit/debit/cash handling policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous work experience as a Server.
- Must be able to responsibly handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area.
- Available to work different hours including weekends, days and nights.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $6.75 per hour
