Office Operations and Client Care Specialist. In this role, you’ll assist with everything from scheduling service calls to supporting bookkeeping — all while keeping our customers and technicians connected and our office running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Assisting With:

Client Care: Assist with answering phones, scheduling service calls, and ensuring customers receive outstanding support.
Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with coordinating technician schedules, tracking availability, and keeping jobs on time.
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Assist with billing, deposits, accounts payable, and receivables.
Project Setup: Assist with job setup, entering budgets, and monitoring job costs.
Vendor & Material Support: Assist with purchase orders, vendor communications, and order tracking.
Office Operations: Assist with general office tasks that keep the team organized and productive.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience assisting in an office or administrative role (service industry experience a plus).
Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Comfort with Microsoft Office and scheduling/service software.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
