Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boston, MA for the position of Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, managing daily operations, and leading high-level decision-making processes. Key tasks include setting vision and direction, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing financial health, and fostering a positive corporate culture. Additionally, the CEO will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure company goals are met, and represent Oak View Group in various capacities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Finance, including budgeting and financial planning skills
- Operations Management skills, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
- Proven ability in Business Planning and setting long-term strategic goals
- Strong Sales experience with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Skills in Strategic Planning and implementing business strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred
- Experience in the sports, live entertainment, or hospitality industries is an asset
