LocateAI is seeking a design-savvy Marketer to join our growing team to support our business development and brand building for our brokerage team. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and possesses both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
This role will be responsible for the design and production of marketing materials including pitch decks, brochures, website content, and digital marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency across all materials and communications.
- 1-3 years of content marketing experience and production graphic design
- Strong visual design capabilities for both digital and print communications
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with email marketing / distribution software
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design
- Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus!
This is a fully remote role after initial paid two week in-person training in Boston, MA. This remote position is open to candidates residing in MA, NY, CO, NJ, VA, AZ or CA.
