About the Role

In this high-impact executive role, you’ll oversee the operational backbone of our social media presence across regions and platforms. You’ll create and lead unified frameworks that support our paid, organic, influencer, and social commerce efforts. This role requires a unique blend of operational precision, technology fluency, and a forward-thinking mindset to navigate a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Develop and implement standardized global processes, KPIs, and governance models that ensure cohesion and efficiency across all social functions.
Cross-Regional Integration: Act as a strategic partner connecting brand, analytics, media, legal, CX, and creative teams to enable consistent messaging while honoring local nuances.
Technology & Innovation: Own the global social media toolset—from publishing to analytics—and identify next-gen solutions including AI, automation, and new commerce features.
Capability Development: Define team structures and agency models that support both centralized strategy and regional execution. Elevate team performance through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Performance Oversight: Monitor global trends and brand sentiment in real-time, offering insights that inform leadership decisions, protect brand integrity, and enhance ROI.

Who You Are

A senior digital leader with 12+ years of experience, including 5+ at the global level in a complex, matrixed organization.
Adept in building and optimizing operational ecosystems for social media across platforms and regions.
Comfortable leading through ambiguity, change, and digital transformation.
Possess exceptional communication skills and executive presence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Passionate about data, technology, and people—balancing innovation with pragmatic execution.
