Job Description:

Chic Consignment is looking for an E-Commerce & Social Media Associate who will assist in completing the everyday tasks of the media team. These associates will work closely with the social media manager to create content for the Chic website and social media. This position is part-time and is to be done on-site in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities

• Taking photos of clothing and other products
• Editing photos for social media and website products
• Measuring clothing
• Navigating Dropbox
• Assist with the Chic influencer program
• Required to work 1-2 weekend shifts (mostly Saturday) per month
• Film videos for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok
• Create captions with current hashtags for social media posts
• Create engaging shopping stories for social media platforms
• Respond to social media messages regarding website/video items/general inquiries
• Package items from e-commerce sales
• Assist on the sales floor as needed
• On occasion, assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for business accounts
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with photography is a plus
• Ability to learn new software applications and online tools
• Retail company/brand/fashion experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
