SUMMARY The City of Chicopee\'s Management Information Systems (MIS)

Department is hiring a Part-Time TV Producer/Editor. This is a hands-on

position for a motivated self-starter with strong production and

post-production skills. You?ll be wearing multiple hats; filming as a

one-person crew, editing and packaging content, and distributing

finished pieces across social media and other platforms. You?ll also

support live, multi-camera events as a camera operator. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

INCLUDE: Film events and stories as a solo shooter using ChicopeeTV\'s

suite of professional video equipment. Edit footage into polished

packages for broadcast and online distribution. Create basic motion

graphics and lower thirds for video projects. Post content to social

media platforms and other distribution channels. Operate cameras during

live, multi-camera productions (e.g., sports, meetings, performances).

Collaborate with staff to brainstorm and execute creative video content.

Manage and organize video files and projects efficiently. Represent

ChicopeeTV in the field with professionalism and enthusiasm.

QUALIFICATIONS Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license. -

Required Proficiency in video production as a one-person crew (camera,

audio, lighting). Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro,

Davinci and/or Final Cut Pro). Basic graphic design experience

(Photoshop, Canva, After Effects, etc.) Ability to work flexible hours,

including some evenings and weekends. Ability to carry up to 30 pounds

(camera and tripod bag). A strong sense of storytelling and community
