Key Responsibilities:

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure robust functionality and user satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
Understanding of API integrations and workflow automation tools.
Experience working with cloud-based environments such as Azure or AWS.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
Strong documentation and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
