SharpContra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leadership Development Associate to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of leadership programs and talent initiatives. This entry-to-mid-level position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about leadership development, organizational behavior, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and delivering leadership training programs and workshops
  • Support the execution of talent development initiatives across departments
  • Track participant progress and collect feedback to improve programs
  • Conduct research on leadership trends and best practices
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external facilitators
  • Help build reports and presentations for leadership review
  • Maintain program documentation and schedules
  • Provide logistical support during learning events

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in leadership development, HR, or training roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
