Responsibilities
Enter and update property information into our internal database
Maintain and verify accurate records of client and transaction data
Perform regular data quality checks and corrections as needed
Assist with generating reports and data summaries
Collaborate with the administrative and operations teams to ensure data integrity
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Strong keyboarding and typing accuracy (minimum 50 wpm)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
