We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Atlanta, GA. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will play a key role in optimizing executive time and ensuring operational efficiency at the top level of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Assist with confidential and time-sensitive projects
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Maintain and organize electronic files and databases
• Track and follow up on important tasks and project milestones
• Support event planning and logistics when necessary
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
