Job Description
Evergreen Center is currently seeking a Clinical Training Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the Director of Professional Development with the development, administration,provision, and documentation of staff training.
Responsibilities
Schedule staff to attend in-service training sessions and document and maintain in-service compliance records
Develops training modules for basic staff training in conjunction with the Director
Participate in the development of measurement systems to quantify the effect of staff training on quality of services and consumer outcomes
Assists the Director in the ongoing development of professional development curricula
Participates in on-going research, investigating effective professional development strategies
Develops and distributes quarterly professional development training calendar
Assists the Director with the creation and updates to modules on the Training-on-Demand site
Conducts select training sessions
Completes weekly manager's reports and quarterly compliance reports
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Human Services, Behavior Analysis or related field
BCBA Certification strongly preferred
At least three (3) years of experience preferred in human services programs for persons with developmental disabilities developing and implementing behavioral interventions
Instructor Certification by the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) inNonviolent Crisis Intervention and CPR Instructor Certification by theAmerican Heart Associationor the ability to obtain certification upon employment
