YOUR MISSION:

The Junior Product Line Manager will have the opportunity to work in a hands-on product management environment for a growing business within Puma. They will be directly involved in the product creation process for the Global Basketball Apparel lines to service the global market.

  • Assist PLM team to ensure a smooth product creation process for global apparel lines
  • Keep all systems up to date – collaborate closely with GTM to ensure data accuracy and deadlines
  • Assist with overall industry analysis, consumer & market trends, competitive benchmarking, and account activities
  • Manage sample storage to ensure organization and easy access to the product
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (design, development, sports marketing, merchandising) to ensure product progress and improvements
  • Analyze and report category business

YOUR TALENT:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a product management role
  • Good general knowledge of the sporting goods industry trends, market and consumer trends for the product line and the competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical skills & excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good presenting skills, including creation of high-quality, accurate and engaging content
  • Experience working with Excel & Powerpoint and knowledge of Adobe (Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Interest in Basketball Sport & Culture
