ABOUT THIS ROLE: BUSINESS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to help drive insight, structure, and execution across our growing platform.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, service-oriented environments and loves solving real-world problems with data. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders across operations, sales, culinary, and finance to improve how we plan, measure, and deliver results.

You’ll bring strong analytical thinking, operational fluency, and a hands-on mindset to help connect the dots between systems, tools, and performance across a complex, multi-unit business.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support operations, sales, and client performance.
• Analyze trends and KPIs across units and markets to surface insights, flag risks, and recommend improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support planning and decision-making, including informing budgeting and forecasting with relevant analytics.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate reporting and strong data hygiene across key systems (e.g., POS, product costing, workforce tools).
• Use analytics to support board and executive leadership reporting, helping to tell a clear story about company performance and priorities.
• Contribute to the rollout and adoption of new technology systems across the company, ensuring successful implementation and use at all levels.
• Help evaluate and implement tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
• Support the sales contract process by providing data analysis and contract review.
• Support special projects as needed, particularly those focused on improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving operational excellence.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or strategy roles.
• Industry experience within food service, multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or related services industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience with a variety of digital tools, including product costing, procurement platforms, POS systems, workforce management, project management, and/or ERPs.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized — able to juggle multiple priorities and drive projects forward.
• Clear communicator who can translate data into insight and work cross-functionally with both corporate and field teams.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, assertive, and mission-aligned.
