Position Description

The SVP, Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Deposit Servicing Division, Contact Center and Consumer and Business Online and Mobile Banking. Acts as the Bank’s Core-Processor Liaison/Relationship Manager in conformance with the Bank’s overall strategic objectives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees all aspects of the Deposit Services Division. Plans and evaluates activity and workflow efficiency in conjunction with Deposit Services management team.
  • Oversees the Core processing systems to include Deposits, Card Services, Item Processing, Wire Transfers and Online/Mobile Banking specifications, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversees Consumer and Business Online and Mobile Banking products and services, including deposit compliance disclosures, agreements, and risk assessments. Makes recommendations for new digital products and services.
  • Oversees Contact Center Manager. Develops policies, procedures and guides Contact Center Manager on contact center training requirements. Has general oversight over Contact Center Phone software.
  • Acts as the Central Liaison, Relationship Manager and escalation point for the Bank’s core-processor. Coordinates and communicates with bank management. Recommends and evaluates new products and services.
  • Oversees regulatory audits and exams for the Deposit Servicing, Contact Center and Online/Mobile Banking functions.
