Sharpcontra is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boston, MA. This role will support the marketing department through a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is efficient, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring timely and accurate support for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and internal communication
  • Maintain and update marketing records, databases, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Track budgets, invoices, and expenses related to marketing activities
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by liaising with vendors and internal departments
  • Monitor inventory and order marketing materials as needed
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks and assist in streamlining department operations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or marketing support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
