Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Consultant - Financial Services

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to client groups and work to influence effective people practices across various functions. You will partner with product and technology leaders to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to help clients navigate their digital transformation efforts, delivering modern digital products that have far-reaching effects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the creation of all Program Management artifacts for key programs using common frameworks, methodologies, and standardized practices.
  • Ensure programs are designed to meet clearly articulated business objectives, establishing accurate tracking mechanisms from the onset of the program.
  • Actively manage program risks and develop mitigation plans for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution with leadership.
  • Develop and maintain Program Change Strategy, including communications, alignment, training, reinforcement, and resistance management.
  • Lead Change Agent Strategy and Meetings.
  • Author and distribute materials for specific interest groups, ensuring alignment with program status and brand.
  • Provide change coaching to program leaders.
  • Aggregate, organize, and communicate project information across extended teams.
  • Convert technical team documentation into user-friendly, process-driven documentation and enablement materials.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 7+ years of experience designing and executing organizational change management plans.
  • Expertise in applying formal change management and change resistance processes, including recognizing change stages and providing suggestions for moving through them.
  • Proven ability to recommend and select the delivery method, presentation formats, and timing for communications based on the nature of the change and its implementation stage.
  • Proficiency in driving adoption through socialization, champions, and workshop sessions.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing the Prosci ADKAR Change Management Process (certification preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5+ years of consulting experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience developing communication strategies and materials for various stakeholders.
  • Proven experience providing change coaching to program leaders.
  • Risk management expertise, with the ability to develop and implement mitigation plans.
  • Documentation skills to convert technical information into user-friendly documentation and enablement materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in high-growth and dynamic environments.
