YOUR MISSION:
Assist in creation of new silhouettes
Develop story packs for brand collaboration partners on a seasonal basis.
Execute adhoc color/material story needs for both commercial and promotional product drops.
Play a critical role in ideation of seasonal direction for our culture and performance silos.
Meet and present concepts to our signature athletes and partners.
Take on at least one full design project a season that includes silhouette, color, materials and blueprint development.
Travel to Asia twice a year for product development with our PDC partners.
YOUR TALENT:
Bachelor’s Degree in product and/or graphic design.
1-2 year experience in storytelling through graphic product creation.
Knowledge of basketball consumer trends, sport culture, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and speaking skills.
Strong leadership skills. High initiative, high energy, passionate, decisive, eye for detail, confident.
Excellent use of designer & product creation tools: Adobe Suite of products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to frame and defend an alternative position
Ability to convincingly present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools.
