Private Equity Senior Associate - Healthcare

A leading healthcare-focused middle market private equity firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growth equity investment team in Boston. The firm invests across healthcare services, digital health, medtech, and life sciences, partnering with founders and management teams to build category-defining businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modeling, market research, and due diligence for new investments
• Support deal sourcing and thematic investment work across healthcare sectors
• Work directly with portfolio company management on strategic initiatives and value creation
• Prepare investment materials and contribute to Investment Committee discussions
• Monitor portfolio company performance and help drive operational improvements

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare focused private equity, growth equity, or investment banking.
